Former SAS Soldier Completes Charity 'Barrel of Laughs' Challenge

A former SAS soldier has run and cycled more than 500 miles attached to a barrel for charity.

Fitness fanatic Rob Edmond undertook the challenge to raise money for injured service personnel and veterans.

Called 'Barrel of Laughs', it combined comedy with extreme physical exertion.

Actress Joanna Lumley, seen above, was at the launch of the challenge, which was raising money for 'Help For Heroes', and helped out in the effort along the way with five of her fellow comics.
