Wood Workshop Philanthropy For the Forces in Catterick

Utah businessman Andy Anderson heard about Help for Heroes recovery centre plan to build a wood workshop for recovering servicemen and women and wanted to lend a hand.

His donation came in the shape of a £7000 woodwork machine - specifically adapted for disabled users.

It designs objects with a computer programme, which are then cut from pieces of wood or even acrylic.
