How do you deal with an issue with your service accommodation?

Defence Secretary Ben Wallace is calling together the people in charge of dealing with problems in service accommodation.

It comes after a number of high-profile complaints about problems – including mould, damp and no heating – in service accommodation that have not been dealt with.

The latest issue saw HMS Collingwood in Hampshire without heating and hot water, although it has now been restored to some buildings.
