Former commando goes weightless testing zero-gravity fitness kit for astronauts

Lee Spencer, who has previously rowed across the Atlantic, has gone weightless in an airliner to test the High Frequency Impulse for Microgravity machine.

The device is meant to simulate jumping and offers resistance in zero-gravity scenarios – which can lead to gradual loss of muscle mass and bone density.
