Infantry Training Centre Catterick Marks 25th Anniversary

Celebrations have been held to mark 25 years of the British Army's Infantry Training Centre Catterick (ITC Catterick).

The Army's Red Devils parachute display team jumped into Helles Barracks in Catterick, North Yorkshire, to mark the occasion, while troops from the Gurkha Training Company showed off their skills with the iconic Kukri knives and their martial arts expertise.

There were also demonstrations of Army weaponry and vehicles.

The Infantry Training Centre Catterick trains all of the British Army's infantry personnel.

During the celebrations, the latest recruits completed a passing out parade to mark the end of their training, with the Duke of Gloucester presenting the prizes for those who excelled.
