Spitfires And War Stories: Historic Aircraft Fly Once More For WW2 Veterans

Veterans from the Royal Navy and RAF have gathered for a display at Biggin Hill airfield, some watching planes they once flew take to the skies again.

The Spitfire and Hurricane were on show for the event.

Biggin Hill, known for its pivotal role in the Battle of Britain, hosted 11 former servicemen on the day – including Second World War pilots.
