Three off-duty Dutch special forces soldiers wounded in US shooting

Three Dutch special forces soldiers on exercise in the US were wounded in a shooting, while off duty in Indianapolis on Friday night, the Dutch defence ministry has said.
A statement from the department on Saturday said one of the individuals was in a critical condition and the other two were conscious.
No arrests had been made and police were said to be investigating the incident.
The statement described a shooting in front of a hotel where the Dutch personnel were staying.
The three wounded soldiers are members of the Commando Corps – the special forces unit within the Royal Netherlands Army.
Families of the soldiers have been informed.
The Commando Corps is responsible for preparing and conducting special operations for defence and crisis management tasks with allies and for the Netherlands.
Special reconnaissance, counter-terror, rescue and training missions all fall under the unit's remit.
