Does North Korea have viable nuclear weapons?

An expert has told Forces News he believes North Korea already has viable nuclear weapons.

After six nuclear tests conducted by the state, Markus Garlauskus, from the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security, says open-source data points toward a high likelihood of the capability.

He also explained what this could mean for the international community, from South Korea to the UK.
