Could Sexual Harassment Reduce Army's Effectiveness?
The British Army could be less efficient and effective because of sexual harassment.
Last week details of a report revealed that almost 40 per cent of servicewomen questioned claimed they had been sexually harassed.
However, just three per cent made a formal complaint. Now the full report has been made public.
Forces TV reporter Emma Nelson explains (above).
Labour MP Madeleine Moon, meanwhile, is on the Defence Select Committee and has fought to reduce sexual harrassment in the Armed Forces.
She spoke to Kate Gerbeau after coming out of a meeting with the Service Complaints Commissioner on this very subject.
