King's Troop Horses Head To The Beach
Soldiers and their horses from the Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery have taken a break from their duties in London for a trip to the seaside.
Since their last visit to Cornwall in 2011, the Kings Troop have played a central part in some pretty major events.
The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, The Olympic and Invictus Games, and First World War remembrance parades in France to name a few.
This morning they set off from Woolwich Barracks and our reporter Victoria Smith was there.
More from Forces TV - horses from The King's Troop made a splash on the shores of Devon as part of their training last year.
