We Meet Royal Welsh Boxing Champion Ash-Bash

He’s already Wales and Great Britain number one but Ashley Williams is looking to add Commonwealth Gold to his trophy cabinet.

Known as Ash-Bash, the Lance Corporal from 1 Royal Welsh weighs in at 49 kilograms and fights in the lightest amateur boxing division, Light Flyweight.

It was his dream to qualify for the games in Glasgow and he will be captaining the Wales boxing team when their competition kicks off this weekend.

We caught up with him during a training session in Tidworth.
