
Celebrate the best of military sport with the UK Armed Forces Sports Awards

The Armed Forces will celebrate their best sports personnel at the UKAF Sports Awards live from the RAF Club in London.
You can watch live coverage of the award ceremony on the BFBS Forces News YouTube channel and on BFBS TV on 21 April.
Last year's winners included Royal Navy football captain Dan Kerr, Army athletics star Kate Olding and the Army's men's rugby union team.

This year's Sportsman of the Year award sees the Army's Thander Dlamini from Taekwondo, angler Steven Reid from the RAF and Navy hockey star Rich Jenkin in contention.
The nominees for Sportswoman of the Year are Fijian rugby union international Manuqalo Komaitai (Army), showjumper Amy Taylor (Navy) and cyclist Sarah Toms (RAF).
Previous winners of those awards read as a hall of fame of Forces Sport including Taylor Lawrence, Kay Bryson, George Crotty, Kat Matthews, Karriss Artingstall and Sam Matavesi.
