British Army beat Cove to book Southampton clash in second round of Hampshire Senior Cup

The British Army men's football team are into the second round of the Hampshire Senior Cup after a 2-0 away win against Cove.
Goals from Lee McCombie and Greg Peel sealed a first win for new head coach Al Brown at the Oak Farm Stadium.
They now join the Royal Navy in round 2 of the competition and are scheduled for a bumper clash against Southampton, who often put out academy teams in the competition and have won the trophy a record 17 times.

Elsewhere, the Army U23s kicked off their new reign with a 1-0 win over the United Services Portsmouth at the Victory Stadium.
With Keith Emmerson now in charge, the team were victorious thanks to a goal from Royal Logistic Corps soldier Buster Reed.
