RAF double header: How to watch the RAF Cup Final and Plate Final live on BFBS

An RAF football double-header has been billed with the 2026 RAF Cup Final, along with the Plate Final, set to take place at Oxford City FC – and you can watch both of the games live on the BFBS Forces News YouTube channel.
The action will also be live on BFBS TV (for serving personnel overseas only) with coverage taking place on 21 May.
Preceding the Cup Final will be the Plate Final where Anglesey based RAF Valley takes on Cyprus based RAF Akrotiri – with coverage beginning from 14:35 UK time.
All eyes will then be on the biggest prize in RAF Football where North Yorkshire based RAF Leeming takes on Peterborough based RAF Wittering in the Cup Final – which will take place following the Plate Final 17:20 UK time.
Both teams will be looking to end an almost two-decade wait to win the RAF Cup, which was renamed as the Keith Christie Trophy in 2016.
RAF Leeming last won the Cup in 2006, with RAF Wittering winning it a couple of years later in 2008.
Last year's champions, RAF Boulmer, failed to reach this year's final.
The RAF Cup has been a running competition since 1920, which included a 10-year absence between 1939-1949 due to the Second World War.
