Who will take the men's crown and who can stop the dominant Army women's team?

Those were the two questions on everyone's lips as we went into the 2026 Inter Services rugby league tournaments, and you can find out the answers live with us.

BFBS Sport showed live coverage of the final two rounds in both the men's and women's tournaments on the BFBS Forces News YouTube channel and on BFBS TV (for serving personnel overseas only) with catch-up services available on both platforms.

The live action kicked off on 19 September in Stanningley, Leeds, with a double-header of RAF v Army action.

The women's game was a historic title decider as the RAF beat the Army and won the championship for the first time ever.

Following that, the men's fixture took place, with a thrilling 22-22 draw keeping the title race going into the final match.

The final men's fixture takes place on Saturday 26 September in Heworth with the Army v Navy clash starting at 13:45 BST.

The women's match was sadly postponed by the Navy due to player unavailability.

The Navy v RAF matches were played on 11 September in Portsmouth and BFBS Sport committed to bringing you highlights from both the men's and women's clashes on our platforms.
