Hard-hitting tackles and incredible tries: how to watch Inter Services under-23s rugby live

It's time for the future stars of military rugby union to take centre stage with the 2025 Inter Services under-23s championship, and you can watch two key matches live.

Both matches will be shown live on the BFBS Forces News YouTube channel and on BFBS TV (for serving personnel overseas only) with catch-up services available on both platforms.

The opening round sees the RAF host the Royal Navy at Stourbridge RFC on 12 November with coverage beginning at 18:45 GMT, while the tournament finale pits the Air Force against the British Army at Cardiff Arms Park on 5 December.

The second game of the tournament is hosted by the Royal Navy at Burnaby Road, Portsmouth as they take on the Army and BFBS Sport will provide highlights from the game on our platforms.

The tournament promises to be a hard-hitting watch, with future stars of Twickenham Stadium, Kingsholm Stadium and cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens on show.
