Everyone has a rough idea of what they think being in the Armed Forces is like but what is the reality?

We asked Forces Radio BFBS listeners for photos that show their military experience and of course, they shared some hilarious images and videos alongside some more poignant moments.

Think it's safe to say a lot of military husbands and wives can relate to this meme.

It's time to celebrate the wounded, injured or sick armed services men and women who go on to compete (and dominate) in sporting competitions like the Warrior Games and Invictus Games.
