The Royal Air Force emerged victorious in Code Bowl 2025 after defeating North American teams in the event.

This is a return to glory for the RAF side, previously winning Code Bowl III in 2022.

UK representative teams from the Royal Navy, British Army, and RAF participated in the international Call of Duty showdown.

The British teams faced off against esports teams from across the pond, including those from the US and Canada, as well as influencers.

It was livestreamed on Call of Duty's Twitch channel, allowing gamers a first-hand view as the teams battled it out for the trophy.

The RAF also won an individual award, as Whoopty won the 'Monster Energy MVP ring'. Given to the tournament's best competitor, which looked into variables such as eliminations, kill-to-death ratio (K/D), placements and clutch plays.

Meanwhile, Fifakill, a gaming streamer and content creator, prevailed in the Corsair Solo Yolo.

The RAF esports team celebrated their win with a post on X, which collated their achievements.

"Code Bowl Champions x2," RAF esports said.

"Whoopty wins the Monster Gaming MVP award and Fifakill takes home the Corsair Solo Yolo, giving the RAF a clean sweep at #CODEBOWLVI.

"Huge thank you to CODE4Vets [and the] USAA, and partners for another fantastic event."

It was the sixth time that the Code Bowl had been held.

The latest Call of Duty game, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, is scheduled to be released on 14 November 2025.
