Former Army Captain Writes Book on Afghanistan and PTSD

A former British Army Captain has written a book about his experience of combat in Afghanistan.

Mark Evans and his men were involved in constant firefights with the Taliban in 2008.

He quit the Army two years later, after being diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder on his return.

His experiences led him to work with Help for Heroes and Combat Stress.

Simon Newton reports.

Kate Gerbeau, meanwhile, caught up with Mark in the Forces TV studio and asked him about his experiences.
