Officer Speaks Of 'Mixed Feelings' On Afghanistan 20-Year Anniversary

A British Army officer says he has "mixed feelings" as he reflects on the 20th anniversary of the start of UK military operations in Afghanistan.

Having recently completed his fourth tour of the country, Lieutenant Colonel Justin Baker told Forces News he had "a range of emotions" but that the recent UK efforts in the Kabul evacuations under Operation Pitting were "positive".

The Commanding Officer, 7th Parachute Regiment Royal Horse Artillery, spoke to Forces News reporter Claire Sadler.
