'Tory/DUP Deal Applies To Big Issues Like Defence' - Sir Michael Fallon

The Defence Secretary says a deal with the Democratic Unionist Party would only apply to big issues like the economy, security and defence.
Sir Michael Fallon has been speaking to the BBC’s Andrew Marr.
DUP leader Arlene Foster has confirmed that talks are continuing between her party and the Conservatives.
Theresa May needs the support of the DUP’s 10 MPs to get a majority on key issues.
"This is not a coalition...The DUP will support us on the big things like voting for the Queen's speech," Sir Michael Fallon said.
"They support us on defence - on the big issues they'll be supporting us."
However, opponents argue an agreement could undermine the Northern Ireland peace process.
They say it would mean Westminster would no longer be an impartial broker in talks between the various parties.
"The DUP has been part of the democratic process in Northern Ireland in recent years. They want a settlement in Northern Ireland, they supported the formation of the executive," said Mr Fallon.
"They're part of the democratic process now, whatever happened in the past."
Sir Michael Fallon was confirmed as holding on to his position of Defence Secretary on Friday, where five senior cabinet members were reappointed.
A cabinet reshuffle, including several defence ministerial positions yet to be confirmed, is taking place.
