RAF cricket captain Flight Lieutenant James Iago has spoken to Forces TV after his team took on the Army and Royal Navy at the Inter-Services T20 tournament.

His team lost a thrilling encounter against the Army at the start of the day, after posting 149-8.

Speaking after the game, Flt Lt Iago said:
"The Army are a good unit. They were missing a few players but had others of equal ability coming in. But we're disappointed not to beat them."
He added that he was pleased his side managed to bounce back from the defeat in their next match, in which they beat the Navy by 85 runs.
"It's easy to write sides off sometimes [who are going through difficult periods] but I'm glad we didn't. We did our job very well."
Finally, he spoke about the honour of playing on the famous Lord's pitch.

"It's always good to play here. Some pros don't get the chance", he added.
