The Bastion Memorial: A Focal Point Of Remembrance

Forces TV's Tim Cooper has taken a look back at the recent service of dedication to inaugurate the Camp Bastion Memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum.

Prince Harry was among those in attendance in Staffordshire, and paid tribute to all the British service personnel killed on combat operations in Afghanistan, saying they "will forever be in our hearts".

The original was deconstructed in late 2014 with the end of combat operations in Afghanistan and bore the names of all 453 personnel who died there during the UK's 13-year involvement in the conflict.

We take a look back at the Bastion Memorial and the story of how it came to be built in Afghanistan.
