But would you be up to cooking for 40 people per day, in a tent, using only a handful of appliances?
 
To learn how to do just that, Army and RAF recruits have to endure 16 weeks of intensive training, before becoming chefs. 
 
Forces TV's Hannah Gurney went to the Food Services Wing, at Worthy Down Barracks near Winchester, to see how some of the latest trainees got on.
