A Soldier's Journey: Fighting For Fitness

One of Britain’s most seriously injured soldiers is fighting his way back to fitness after a Taliban bomb effectively cut him in half.
 
Sgt Rick Clement, of the Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment, lost his legs and suffered horrific injuries after stepping on a hidden bomb five years ago.
 
He’s now learning to use prosthetic legs so he can walk up to the Cenotaph in November to lay a wreath- and Forces TV's Welfare Reporter Victoria Smith has been following his journey.
