2023 Royal Navy Sports Awards: watch the ceremony live from Lord's

The best of Royal Navy sport will be honoured in the Long Room at Lord's Cricket Ground and you can watch the awards ceremony live.

The 2023 Navy Sports Awards will take place on 30 November, with coverage currently scheduled to start at 20:30 GMT.

The nominees for Sportsman of the Year 2023 come from three different styles of sport, with angler Leading Hand Robert Allan, para-glider Colour Sergeant Grant Oseland and rifle shooter Second Lieutenant Theo Dodds in contention.

Meanwhile, boxer Leading Physical Trainer Sophie Colebourn will be looking to win the Sportswoman of the Year award for the second time after success in 2021 following her national title-winning season this year.

Her challengers for the award come from gymnastics with Lieutenant Danielle Tatton and athletics from Lieutenant Chelsea Baker.
