Army basketball star called up for international duty at FIBA AmeriCup pre-qualifiers

British Army basketball player Darreo Glasgow has been called up to the St Vincent and the Grenadines squad for the 2029 FIBA AmeriCup pre-qualifiers.
Glasgow and his team compete in group B of the Caribbean section with key games against Haiti, Grenada, Barbados and the Cayman Islands to come in July.
The top team from the group will advance to the next round after the matches are played in Georgetown, Guyana, from 8 July.

Glasgow played for his country at the 2021 FIBA AmeriCup pre-qualifiers, scoring 37 points over his six appearances, including three three-point scores as they finished fourth in the group.
The player recently was drafted in by Army basketball and starred for the service at this year's Inter Services.
