1st Battalion the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment boxers prepare for live Inter Company event

1st Battalion the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment boxers have been getting ready for a night of fantastic action which will be shown LIVE on the Forces News YouTube channel.

Ten bouts will feature in their Inter Company event from the Royal Artillery Barracks with the ring scheduled to be set up in the parade square if weather permits.

All action will be shown live by the BFBS Sport team with coverage beginning at 19:50 on Thursday and you can see how the boxers have been preparing for the big night in the video above.

"It's quite a grand event but we want that for the soldiers," said 1st Battalion the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment boxing officer 1st Battalion the Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment Captain Steve Iszard.
