The RAF Lossiemouth-based boxer only started boxing in January 2023 and was competing in only her second competitive fight.

Speaking about the fight Tatam said it was "a hard fight and a very bruising encounter", but that it was a great honour to have won the title.

She added "holding the RAF Regiment Cup was a proud moment for me!".

The RAF Boxing Association’s Lord Wakefield Championship takes place annually and sees the best of the RAF’s novice boxers against each other.

It was inaugurated in 1919 by Lord Charles Wakefield and has taken place every year except for 1939-1945.
