Keddy Lesporis hits unbeaten 60 as British Army cricketers record impressive Hampshire win
Keddy Lesporis put on an unbeaten 60 runs as the British Army men's cricket team continued their good form with a win against Hampshire in Aldershot.
The country cricket team put out a squad mixed with youth and experience but the Army's dangerous bowling attack and ability to bat down the order led to the military team's victory.
Hampshire won the toss and chose to bat but Ross Dearden was the pick of the Army bowlers with 3-23 while Jay Boynton, Denson Narayan and Jake Benson all picked up two wickets each.

The away side were bowled out for 141 runs which is a target the Army batters hunted down with purpose.
They spread the runs across their order but it was Lesporis (60 not out) and his partnership with George Hopkins that led the Army over the line to a six-wicket triumph.
That makes it now six matches unbeaten in the longer format for the reigning Inter Services champions including a stunning win over Warwickshire Academy.
