Gunner Charlotte Pudge sees off RAF challenger to win Forces showjumping final

A speedy final run from Gunner Charlotte Pudge has seen her crowned Forces showjumping champion for 2024.

The British Army rider overcame the challenge from the RAF's Flight Lieutenant Michelle Randall with the top two being the only riders to avoid a fault penalty.

Staff Sergeant Louise Hoyle finished in third but will be rueing a missed first fence in the final run denied her a shot at the trophy.

Leading Hand Robyn McFadden was the Navy's sole representation and was in title contention before a disappointing final run.
