Help For Heroes Names Team For Charity Clash

Next month 'Cricket for Heroes' will see former Ashes-winning captain Andrew Strauss lead an England side against a Rest of World team.

But before Brian Lara and Graeme Smith take to the field in the charity match, a Help for Heroes XI will take on the England Physical Disability side.

One of those who'll be representing Help for Heores is former NCO (Non-Commissioned Officer) in the Royal Welsh Armoured Infantry Regiment, Lee James.

Injured in Afghanistan, he's a soldier turned writer who's using both poetry and cricket in his recovery from PTSD.
