After a free practice and official practice session saw the team show their competitive nature, they went into qualifying hoping to make their mark on the standings.
A fastest lap of 1:35.885 left them 12th on the grid and ninth in the GT class, with rivals from CWS and Safeside/Hills Motorsport just ahead on the grid. It was a solid qualifying result, but clearly, the car had more race pace and that showed with a fantastic race performance.
The finishing position of seventh on the track (fifth in GT class) will be a pleasing weekend's work for the drivers. They'll be hoping to continue the momentum with their next Britcar event at Oulton Park in April.
