Kart 45 from the Royal Navy was the 2023 Endurance champion and has made a strong start to 2024.

The Royal Navy Royal Marines karting team have continued their strong start to the 2024 season with a pair of wins at round 3 of the competition in Dorchester.

Liam Waterhouse and Craig Beesley in Kart 45, who were the Forces Endurance champions in 2023, were the leading military kart in both of the races they took part in at Clay Pigeon Raceway.

Elsewhere, Kart 3 from the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers put in a brilliant performance to win the second military Endurance race of the day.

In the Premier final, it was simple for Ian Hodgkiss who qualified in pole and led the race from start to finish.

It's now back-to-back victories for the REME driver after winning at Ellough Park and he leads the Premier standings after three races.

The next round of action takes place in Fulbeck on 29 June.
