Promoting Women's Sport In The Forces
When you are one of two or three women in your battalion, getting a team together for sport can be tricky.
So in Scotland a new competition has been held to promote female team sport in the Armed Forces.
Women currently make up around 10% of the Armed Forces - but the Female Festival of Sport is aiming to ensure that doesn't hinder their ambitions.
