• Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, BFBS Extra - New Year's Eve. Action adventure following a band of turtle warriors. Four siblings look to become unlikely heroes as they battle an evil villain terrorising New York City.

• X-Men: Apocalypse, BFBS Extra - New Year's Day. Superhero sequel. Professor Charles Xavier turns to Raven and his gifted students when a powerful villain is re-awakened after several millennia and vows to destroy the earth... 
   
• Horrible Bosses 2, BFBS Extra - Friday 5th January. Comedy sequel as Nick, Dale and Kurt return. The three friends hatch a plan to set up their own business, but encounter difficulties when an investor withdraws his backing.
   
• The Legend of Tarzan, BFBS Extra - Saturday 23rd December. Reimagining of the classic Edgar Rice Burroughs tale. Former vine-swinger Tarzan - now lording it up as the Earl of Greystoke in Victorian Britain - is tempted back to Africa with news that the Belgian king is threatening to enslave the Congo. But it's a trap... 

• Bridge of Spies, BFBS Extra - Thursday 28th December. Historical drama set during the Cold War and starring Tom Hanks. Following the capture of a US spy plane pilot, an insurance lawyer is asked to negotiate with the Soviets to secure his release.
   
• Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, BFBS Extra - New Year's Eve. Fantasy drama about a weird and wonderful wartime home which houses youngsters with strange powers.
   
• Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, BFBS Extra - Thursday 4th January. Thriller adapted from the classic novel by John le Carre. A retired spy is asked to expose a double agent within the top ranks of MI6... Starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Colin Firth, Gary Oldman, Mark Strong, Toby Jones and Tom Hardy.

• Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, BFBS Extra - Wednesday 3rd January. The Dark Knight squares off against the Man of Steel in the ultimate superhero showdown.
