Valentine's Day Celebrated Across The Forces World

Valentine's Day is a bit different this year but that has not stopped military personnel serving around the forces world and their loved ones from recording special messages for their significant others.
Serving your country often means duty comes before romantic time spent with loved ones.
This Valentine's Day, many will be on deployment in places such as Afghanistan, Africa, Bahrain, Baltics, Belize, Brunei, Canada, Cyprus, Estonia, Germany, Gibraltar, Iraq, Mali and the Falkland Islands.
There will also be many others around the UK who are separated from loved ones as they carry out their duties on home soil.
Britain's military response to COVID-19 has become the biggest ever homeland military operation in peacetime.
More than 5,000 members of the Armed Forces are deployed across the UK working on 70 different tasks, from testing in schools to the rollout of vaccines.
Meanwhile, the people below have recorded messages of love for the people who mean the most to them. A couple of them have even performed some rather romantic songs.
