Royal Air Force appoints new men's football head coach ahead of new season

Sergeant Chris Hamilton has been appointed as the new head coach of the RAF men’s senior team, the Royal Air Force FA has announced.

Sgt Hamilton led the women's team to back-to-back Inter Services titles in 2023 and 2024 before leaving his role as head coach.

He replaces the outgoing Warrant Officer Andy Kuchta in the men’s job and comes in with the RAF gunning to win back the Inter Services in 2025 after narrowly losing out to the Navy at Shrewsbury last month.

Sgt Hamilton's reign as RAF men’s boss begins on 1 June.
