Power and precision on display as Royal Navy crown their best male and female weightlifters

Standout performances of pure strength and technical precision were on show at this year's Royal Navy Weightlifting Championships, with Lucy Baker and Roly Brading securing top honours on the women's and men's divisions.

Lucy Baker delivered a standout performance in the women's category, taking first place overall with a competition-high 159kg total.
