
Royal Navy's Down Under tour ends with impressive triumph over Royal Australian Navy

The Royal Navy rugby league team have finished off a successful tour of Australia with a dominant 52-6 win over the Royal Australian Navy team.
The three-match tour saw head coach Darren Bamford include key players such as Ben Taylor, Dave Brown and Brodie Lee Butler as well as young talent from the development team.
After a win against Renown United and defeat to Coogee Dolphins, it was triumph in their big clash against the Australian Navy which will have pleased Royal Navy management.

The reigning Inter Services champions dominated the first half and were 34-0 up thanks to a double from Brown amongst other tries from James Teixera, Charlie Mattison, Kini Dakuliga and Roko Kurusasa.
In the second half, the Royal Navy domination continued despite Jed Fatches' converted try for the hosts.
Teixera's second along with tries from Jack Bartlett and Jack Basher sealed a 52-6 win for the Band of Brothers.
