UK Armed Forces boxers have won 10 medals after a superb weekend of action at the 2024 Women's Winter Box Cup in Leigh.

Craftsman Niamh Brookes and Corporal Charlotte Tasker, both of the British Army, repeated their success from last year with gold medals, while Private Kasharna Williams followed her service teammates with a winning performance.

RAF pair Corporal Frankie Lyall and Corporal Jennifer Sabine, who won gold at the National Amateur Development Championships earlier this year, also walked away with gold medals.

Losses on finals day meant silver medals for Army pair Lance Corporal Felicity Johnstone and Private Frankie Barnett as well as the Royal Navy's Able Seaman Bryony Vass.

Defeats at the semi-final stage saw two UKAF boxers awarded a bronze medal â€“ the Army's Craftsman Ellie Worster and the Navy's Able Seaman Niamh Tur.
