Royal Navy beat British Army in Aldershot to win under-23s rugby union Inter Services
The Royal Navy under-23s rugby union team have won the Inter Services championship after a stunning 19-6 win over the British Army in Aldershot.
George Edson put in a man-of-the-match performance for the Navy, kicking nine points from penalties and scoring a try himself.
Kevin Van Der Leest missed two key penalties in the second half for the Army as the men in red failed to keep up with the competitive spirit the Navy were showing.

The Navy win means they are Inter Services champions at under-23s level after a 24-24 draw with the RAF two weeks ago.
It's some respite for the Navy after an impressive 2024 from Army rugby union as they won the senior men's and women's titles in May.
